ENERGY CERTIFICATION Drawing up and compilation of documents relative to energy certification (in compliance with Emilia Romagna's legislative decree No. 156/2008), defining the buildings' class of energy efficiency, depending on their intended use (residential, offices, commercial, etc.). Such certification is mandatory for all new buildings, buildings for sale and, since 2010 also buildings for rent. The practice consists of one or more surveys of the building itself, making calculations using specific software certified by CTI (Italian Committee of Thermodynamics), the issue of a technical report indicating the class of energy efficiency and any possible actions for adaptation, preparation and registration of the certificate with responsible regional authorities. |
