In coincidence with the redevelopment and the 'making safe' of the Via Selice, a very busy main road, a new lighting system and 5 new traffic light installations were implemented to regularize the pre-existing crossroads. The lighting system implemented was divided into 2 different typologies, standard street installations with road lighting luminaires for the suburban part and a stylish lighting installation for the urban part to differentiate, from an aesthetic point of view, the stretches of road and to contain installation costs. Furthermore, five new traffic light installations were installed at the existing crossroads along the via Selice. These are 'intelligent' centralized installations which regulate the timing of the traffic lights based on the actual traffic flow.
