The project was funded by “Piano d'Azione per un futuro sostenibile 2004/06” (Plan of environmental action for a sustainable future 2004/06) and allocated by the Emilia Romagna region. The municipal district of Casola Valsenio set in motion progects to lower energy consumption and light pollution (as per the law [L.R.n.19/2003]), subsequently implementing the directives.
